Didn't get to feast at any fancy restaurants, but found a hidden gem, Hollywood Bar & Grill, just a stone's throw away. Bob Evans had some good comfort food too! Plus, the indoor pool was a fun escape for my kids after a long day. It also helped when they changed our room after my kids got restless due to the loud AC in the first one.
But let’s chat about the no-go zones—the toilet had quite the sewer smell and wouldn’t stop leaking. Talk about a chill, the heat only cranked up to 86 degrees even with it running nonstop all night. Then there's Jessie, the front desk clerk. her rudeness was icing on the already stale cake.

I recently stayed here and enjoyed the cozy room with a decent TV and the beautiful lobby area, but the outdoor pool was disappointingly closed.

This hotel was a mess! The room was dirty and dusty, made me feel itchy right away. The bathroom? Nasty. And the staff acted like we were criminals, with constant rules to follow. Breakfast was mediocre, and the dining area was nothing special. Honestly, just don’t stay here if you can help it.

The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. However, the room could use some serious updating, as I noticed rust and mold in the bathroom. The need for a cash deposit surprised me and felt inconvenient. This place is great for short stays due to the helpful staff, but improvements are needed in room quality.

The beds were super comfy and we really appreciated the great selection at breakfast. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the jacuzzi suite, which made our stay feel extra relaxing. The only minor hiccup was the curtain that didn't quite close, but that didn't ruin our fun! 😊

missingWrote a review on Aug 03delicious dishjacuzzi roompoor customer serviceroom maintenance issueexcessive cash deposit
Check-in was a frustrating experience when I learned the honeymoon suite was no longer available, leaving me to downgrade my room. The additional cash deposit requirement for the jacuzzi room was unexpected, compounded by the unclean state of the room itself, including a damaged cabinet and dirty air vents. Customer service was lacking, as my inquiries went unanswered, and the hotel is clearly in need of renovations to improve the overall ambiance.

The check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool really stood out. it had a beautiful design and created a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the comfortable environment in the lobby. The room, however, left a lot to be desired. It was on the smaller side with some stains visible on the carpet and furniture that seemed outdated. The mattress was okay, but definitely not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. There were issues with the bathroom as well. The sink didn’t drain properly, making it hard to brush my teeth. When I checked out early, it was frustrating to learn I couldn’t get my deposit back until later. The breakfast options were limited, which was disappointing. It felt like there were some areas in need of renovation and better maintenance but it does have potential. It’s in a convenient location near the airport, which is a plus for travelers.

Just a good pick for a couple of nights in Romulus with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff was super friendly, especially during breakfast when Ivan made sure everything was hot and fresh.

This place suits me perfectly! With free wi-fi, a great indoor pool, and 24-hour reception, it provides everything I need. The staff once helped me find my lost barrette, which I really appreciate. I’ll be back for Easter!

The location near the interstate was convenient, and the front desk staff was friendly. However, renovations caused some disturbances, and the breakfast could use improvement. The pool area is lovely, but was closed during my stay due to maintenance. Overall, a decent experience despite the drawbacks.

I enjoyed the lovely atrium filled with natural light, which made navigating the hotel easier. The staff were helpful and accommodating, providing a warm atmosphere that made my stay more enjoyable as a senior traveler.
Better signage for room locations would help seniors.

Well. nothing really stood out, but at least the shuttle drivers were friendly. They were okay, made the long wait kind of bearable I guess.
A bit pricey for what it offered, but I mean, I managed to get by.

Do recommend for a flash visit
Comfortable room, convenient location, with a free shuttle to the airport, and the breakfast selection was decent enough to start the day.
The hotel lacks professionalism. service was not up to standard.
